Empowering Young People to Lead, Create, and Thrive
At the Nanny & Dessalines Initiative (NDI), we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, develop practical life skills, and build a future filled with possibilities.
Our Youth Empowerment & Leadership initiative is designed to equip adolescents and young adults with the knowledge, confidence, leadership skills, and resources they need to succeed in school, business, their communities, and beyond.
Through partnerships with schools, churches, youth clubs, community organizations, corporate sponsors, and other adolescent-serving programs, we deliver engaging educational experiences that prepare young people for real-world challenges and opportunities.
From entrepreneurship and financial literacy to personal development, career readiness, and community leadership, our programs encourage young people to think bigger, take initiative, and become active participants in shaping their futures.
