The Youth Empowerment & Leadership Program is a community-centered initiative designed to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to lead themselves, their families, and their communities forward.
Through education, mentorship, and real-world exposure, we prepare youth to navigate today’s world with financial awareness, digital competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong leadership values.
This program is built with accessibility in mind, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to potential.

No prior experience is required—only commitment and willingness to learn.
Participation in scheduled sessions (virtual or in-person)

We welcome mentors who are:
Professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, or community leaders
Passionate about youth development
Willing to guide, encourage, and model integrity
Mentors do not need formal teaching experience—training and guidance are provided.
Participation in mentorship circles
Periodic check-ins with assigned youth groups
Upholding program values and safeguarding policies
Learn how to choose the right business model, legal structure, and operational setup for your goals and location.
Understand budgeting, cash flow, and pricing strategies that support long-term success.
Build a clear brand identity and create effective marketing strategies using accessible tools.

As a nonprofit organization, our goal is to keep this program accessible while sustainable.
This fee helps cover:
Educational materials & workbooks
Technology platforms & academy hosting
Program coordination & mentor training
No youth is turned away due to financial hardship.
Fee waivers and sponsorships are available upon request.
